The XY-Zero is a precision machining tool which compensates for both angular and concentric lathe turret errors. The tool offers infinite adjustability, allowing for errors of LESS than .0002 TIR during setup. Made from tool steel and black oxide coated, it will provide years of service and you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it. An internal seal allows for coolant-thru, and it is currently available in ER16, ER20 and a Gun-drill versions (with more in design). Each is available in all common shanks sizes from 3/4” to 1-1/2 as well as several metric sizes. If we don't have what you need - ask us and we'll make it!
